For the good execution of Emotions Master business relation with our customers, you have provided us with the name, title and e-mail address, which are considered personal data protected by the GDPR.

3. Purposes of processing
The personal data that we collect and use, is intended to optimize the commercial relationship between Emotions Master and our customers and business partners, in the scope of selling online courses.
4. Legal basis for the processing
We use your personal data under the provisions of paragraph f) of paragraph 1 of article 6 of the GDPR. This standard allows for processing where it is necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or third parties, provided that they do not prevail over the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

We use only identification data (name and function) and contact information (email address and telephone contact).
6. Addresses or categories of recipients of personal data
The personal data is intended exclusively for Emotions Master.
7. Transfers to third countries
We confirm that Data transfers will be made in accordance with the GDPR.
8. Duration of the retention of data
We will keep your personal data active until the moment we become aware that it no longer cooperates with our client entity or that it ceases to be Emotions Master customer, whichever comes first. After verification of one of these events occurrences, the personal data will be concealed through its pseudonymization and will be kept for the period and for the purpose of complying with legal or fiscal obligations for the preservation of documents.
9. Rights of the holder of personal data
The data subjects have the right to access the content, to rectify and delete their data, to limit the processing of data, to transfer the data, and to object to the processing of your data. With regard to the data processed by the Controller on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent prior to its withdrawal.
In case of doubts related to the processing of your personal data, you may request information from the Controller. Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, in Portugal is the National Data Protection Commission, if you consider that the processing of the personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the GDPR.
10. Technical and organizational measures
Emotions Master has appropriate technical and organizational measures for the protection of the data processed, namely, against unauthorized access or any other form of illegal or illicit processing. Emotions Master guarantees, in addition to the measures safeguarding the security and internal protection of its facilities, the limitation of the access to personal data solely to its employees in order to fulfill the purposes of the processing.
When appropriate, we send information for area(s) of interest to you and contents which we believe may be useful. You can withdraw your contact details from our list at any time. Similarly, if you do not wish to receive information from us, you can also withdraw your contact details by sending an e-mail to [email protected].
